The Great Adventure Alley Thanksgiving Food Drive –
Little Hands. Big Help.

This Thanksgiving, Adventure Alley is proud to be partnering with The Stop Community Food Centre, for a community food drive supporting people and families in our neighbourhood. They may be our neighbours, friends or people we pass every day. This food drive is a simple way for children to help choose something to donate, bring it to Adventure Alley and experience the joy of helping others.

From October 1 to 12, bring two eligible food items per family when you check in for walk-in play, and as a thank-you, your family will receive 10% off eligible same-day play admission, including same-day play passes. This offer is available for walk-in purchases only. Once the food drive ends, the Adventure Alley team will deliver all donations directly to The Stop Community Food Centre.

This food drive is part of Adventure Alley’s Play with Purpose model, where every visit helps us give back and create a positive impact beyond our doors.

Bring food. Give thanks. Come play.

PRIORITY FOOD NEEDED:

The Stop has identified the following shelf-stable foods as especially helpful for families:

• Rice & other whole grains

• Pasta

• Oatmeal & high-fibre cereal

• Canned tuna & salmon

• Canned or dried beans & lentils

Additional eligible foods may also be donated. Please review The Stop’s accepted-items guide before choosing your donation. Please note that Adventure Alley is collecting eligible food donations only through this campaign.

DONATION GUIDELINES:

All donated food must be:

• Unopened

• Within its best-before date

• In undamaged packaging

The Stop cannot accept opened or expired food, pop or sugar-added drinks, chips, candy, chocolate bars, ramen noodles or canned pasta.

ADVENTURE ALLEY’S NUT-FREE POLICY:

Adventure Alley is a strictly nut-free facility. We cannot collect:

• Nuts or nut butters, including peanut butter

• Nut-based milk alternatives

• Foods containing nuts or nut ingredients

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

• This offer is available for admission purchased at check-in (walk-in only)

• Donations must be presented when checking in, and play must take place on the same day

• The discount cannot be applied retroactively to admission purchased online

• The offer applies to children’s general admission, adult admission, and same-day play passes

• Monthly passes, parties, workshops, grip socks, retail purchases and other add-ons are excluded

• Two eligible food items are required per family, regardless of the number of guests

• One 10% discount applies per family, per visit

• Additional donations are always welcome but do not increase the discount

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or admission discount.

• Adventure Alley will be open on Thanksgiving Monday, October 12th and the food drive offer will end that day at 4 PM.
