Can I reschedule my party booking online?
No, bookings cannot be rescheduled manually through the online portal. However, we are more than happy to accommodate your request based on availability! Please reach out to our team at info@visitadventurealley.com to discuss new dates or times.
What if I need to change my booking within 24 hours of confirmation?
We are happy to assist with changes or revisions to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your party date. Simply email us at info@visitadventurealley.com with your request. Please note that our standard birthday party policies apply to all adjustments.
Can I cancel my party booking online?
If you have yet to complete your payment, your booking will display as "pending", and will be automatically canceled after 48 hours if you choose not to proceed with payment. Once your deposit is paid and confirmed, please email info@visitadventurealley.com to discuss cancellation. Our standard birthday party policies apply, learn more below.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancel 7+ days before your event:
30% refund of the original deposit
Option to reschedule or apply the remaining balance as a credit toward a future rental (valid for 12 months, subject to availability)
Cancel within 7 days of your event:
No refund
Full payment (deposit + balance) can be credited toward a future rental (valid for 12 months, subject to availability)
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to info@visitadventurealley.com.
Adventure Alley is not liable for external vendor cancellations, fees, or forfeited deposits.
